We officially kick off our annual H.O.P.E. Thanksgiving Food Drive on October 15! We need your help! There are families right here in our community who are struggling to put food on the table, and this is our chance to make a difference.
As a Saint Joe family, we’re coming together to ensure those in need can enjoy a warm, nourishing Thanksgiving meal and receive essential household items. While our students will be leading the effort and collecting donations through their 5th hour classes, we invite our teachers, staff, parents, and other members of the Saint Joe community to join us by making a donation as well. Every contribution, big or small, can help make a difference.
This drive is more than just a school event- it’s an opportunity to share kindness, show compassion, and live out the true spirit of community by serving with joy.
Important Dates:
- October 15: Food Drive Kickoff – Presentation to teachers and students
- October 19: Students make their pledge in 5th hour
- October 22–November 6: Students bring cash and/or checks to their 5th hour
- October 28: H.O.P.E. Food Drive presentation at All School Mass
- November 20 & 22: H.O.P.E. Club members and volunteers pack food
- November 23: Food Drive – Food distributed to families in need
Let’s come together as a Saint Joe community—students, teachers, staff, and families—to make Thanksgiving a little brighter for families in need!
| | We are asking parents to talk with the students who drive about driving safety when entering and leaving the student parking lot. The lot and surrounding streets are very crowded and arrival and dismissal and student drivers need to be cautious and patient during these times so that all students are safe while driving or walking in the lot. Thank you! | | Trivia Night is Almost Here! | | We are only a couple weeks away from Saint Joseph High School’s Trivia Night, happening Saturday, October 24! The funds raised support our athletics and co-curricular programs. Tables are limited, so don't wait to get your team together! Ticket sales close on Wednesday, October 21. We look forward to seeing you there! Go Huskies! | |
