The phrase "Viva Cristo Rey!" is a symbol itself that was used at the time and still used today. 

These talks are dedicated to the memory of the martyrs who gave their lives for their faith in Christ. Come listen, understand, and reflect on the history of the Cristero War from the perspective of faith, which transformed social and religious life in Mexico.

Tendremos una exposición de ciudades claves de este conflicto y sus mártires.

Unbound Day Retreat

Join us for this transformative event as we reflect on the deep freedom that Jesus offers us by restoring our relationship with our Heavenly Father.

As children of a loving God, we were created to live in intimate relationship with Him. However, sin has broken this connection, leaving us bound by lies and chains of fear, anxiety, hopelessness, and shame.

But here's the Good News: Jesus has brought salvation and liberation! Through His sacrifice, we can be set free from the bondage of sin. Yet, even as believers, we sometimes find ourselves still struggling with anxiety, fear, guilt, and hopelessness.

That's where Unbound comes in.

During the Unbound: Freedom in Christ One-Day Retreat, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. We will explore the depths of our hearts, identify areas of bondage, and learn how to surrender them to God's healing and transforming power.

Through teachings, reflections, and practical exercises, we will learn how to repent, place our faith in God, extend forgiveness, renounce lies, embrace our authority as children of God, and receive the Father's blessing that brings restoration and wholeness.

We will provide a breakfast bread, lunch and our event pre-packaged snacks in the afternoon.

The event will start at 8:00am and end at 4:00pm, in Cana Conference room.

A meeting on Saturday, Sept. 12, for married couples, A Lasting Promise: Marriage Series will offer solutions to common problems?facing conflicts, problem solving, improving communication, and dealing with core issues?within a Catholic Christian framework.

The sessions combine what God has revealed to us about marriage, plus the latest research on relationships, and clear examples from the lives of other married couples.

The activities are designed to help couples enhance communication, better understand commitment, bring more fun into their relationship, and improve intimacy in their lives.



The talk is sponsored by the Office of Marriage and Family Life and the sessions will be presented by a group of married couples.
