Volusia Recovery Alliance Featured in the Daytona Beach News Journal!


A very special thank you to Volusia Recovery Alliance and Executive Director Karen Chrapek for her amazing and informative presentation today for our valued member The Port Orange Elks Lodge #2723.


These efforts are part of the H.E.A.L.-VCOA Team (Harm Reduction & Hope through Education, Advocacy, and Love - Volusia County Opioid Abatement Grant), which provides critical support to the owners, staff, and patrons in their integration of the ONEBox Harm Reduction Program.


The VRA has partnered with the Port Orange South Daytona Chamber of Commerce on the Opioid Abatement Grant to raise awareness and educate the community about harm reduction and recovery services available throughout Volusia County.
