Led by Peter Corio, our Corporate Finance team has grown from two to five professionals in the past year, and is pleased to welcome our newest members, Alex Landry and Pietro D’Agostini. This expanding service line supports clients in selling their business, acquiring new businesses, debt advisory and other investment decisions. Through hands‑on industry experience and technical depth, our new team members bring a unique edge to our growing capabilities, helping serve clients better.

Meet Alex

Alex holds a degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Windsor, and he joins our Corporate Finance team as a full‑time Associate. With two years of experience as a Financial Analyst at Magna International, he has a keen interest in strategy and M&A. His hands‑on background and sharp analytical approach make him a valuable new addition to the team.

Meet Pietro

Born and raised in Windsor, Pietro holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from the University of Windsor, and he is currently completing his Master of Science in Finance. Most recently a Financial Analyst at Stellantis, he supported financial planning and analysis for a major investment at the Windsor Assembly Plant. Drawn to corporate finance because of his passion for growing the value of businesses, Pietro is especially excited to help business owners navigate their most important transactions.
