Effective today, Thursday, October 1, 2026, the new Clarity interface is fully implemented and is now the only interface available to all LA CoC HMIS users. The old (legacy) interface is no longer available.
What You’ll See When You Log In
When you log in to Clarity HMIS, the new interface will automatically appear. The option to toggle back to the legacy interface is no longer available. You will continue to have access to the HMIS information and functionality you use to complete your work.
The Transition Is Complete
The transition period has ended. You can no longer toggle between the new and legacy Clarity interfaces. Please take advantage of the training and support options below as you continue becoming familiar with the new interface.
