CAMP's Offices will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. We will re-open on Tuesday, May 26th.

Social Committee Meeting

Committee and BOD Meetings Update

The Dulles Farms Board meets virtually via Microsoft Teams on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm. The Covenants Committee meets every other Wednesday at 6:00 pm. The next Finance Committee Meeting is June 1. You are welcome to attend these two Committee meetings in person or via Microsoft Teams. Links to the meetings will be included the week prior along with an agenda.

2026 Pool Opening

As a reminder, the Virginia Manor and Westridge Pools will be opening tomorrow, Saturday, May 23rd at 11AM.

If you have not already received the pool information or are brand new to the community, you can click on the links below to view important information regarding the opening of the pools and how to obtain your facilities keycards. If you have lost your facilities keycard(s) or would like to purchase additional ones, please email dulfarms@ciramail.com for assistance.

Mowing and Weeding Reminder!

Dear Residents,

As we move into the peak of the growing season, we want to ensure our neighborhood continues to look its best. Well-maintained lawns and landscaping not only enhance our community’s curb appeal but also support property values for everyone.

To help keep our streets looking sharp, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

•  Regular Mowing: Please ensure your grass is mowed regularly. Lawns should generally be kept under 4–6 inches in height, depending on the specific guidelines for your section of the community.

• Edge & Weed: Remember to trim the edges along sidewalks and driveways, and keep flower beds as free of weeds as possible.

• Travel Plans: If you are planning to be away for an extended period or a summer vacation, please make arrangements in advance for a neighbor or a professional service to maintain your lawn while you are gone.

• Reporting Concerns: If you notice a property with significant overgrowth or a lawn that appears neglected, you can report it directly to the HOA office at dulfarms@ciramail.com. We appreciate your "extra set of eyes" in keeping the neighborhood tidy.

Annual Property Inspections 

CAMP Management staff are currently performing annual inspections which will last throughout the Spring and Summer months. Please note that Staff will be wearing yellow vests clearly marked with "Dulles Farms" and will be taking photos of homes (front and back). All properties will be inspected for general maintenance including but not limited to; yard maintenance/mowing, landscaping, peeling paint, lamp posts, broken mailboxes, dirty siding, tree stake removal, improper installation of basketball hoops, etc.

After Hours Dropbox

If you need to drop off applications or paperwork after management office hours or during office closures, we do have a Dropbox located at the Westridge Clubhouse to the right of the front door. The address of the Westridge Clubhouse (HOA Management Office) is located at 25185 Chafee Circle.

Please keep in mind, we do not accept HOA Assessment checks at the office. These need to be mailed to the address listed on the statement.
