A Heart Ripe for Harvest

Women's Conference

Saturday, November 7 in the Family Life Center

8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Registration $25 (includes lunch and refreshments)

Join us on-campus for a day set apart — a day to slow down, breathe deep, and let God tend the ground of your heart. Rooted in John 15, A Heart Ripe for Harvestinvites women of every age and season to discover what it means to remain in the Vine and bear fruit that lasts.

You'll move through three workshop rotations exploring Harvest as joy and celebration, Harvest as spiritual fruit that endures, and Harvest as abiding — the quiet, daily surrender that makes room for God to work. Along the way, there will be worship to lift your spirit, small group conversation to deepen your walk, and time simply to rest in good company.

Led by our Discipleship Pastor, Rev. Patsy Sorrell, and Women's Ministry Team, this is a day for connection, reflection, and renewal — whether you're new to Weddington or you've been walking this road for years. Come hungry for more of Him and leave with a heart ready for what He wants to grow in you.

Conference materials, refreshments, and lunch are included in the $25 registration.

Bring your Bible and a friend — the harvest is always better shared.

Giving Statements Coming Soon

Thank you for your faithful generosity and for partnering with Weddington Methodist Church as we make disciples of Jesus Christ. Your gifts make a lasting impact as we worship God with passion, intentionally grow in faith, proclaim the gospel with grace, and humbly serve in love.

Giving statements reflecting contributions from January 1–September 30, 2026, will be emailed near the end of October.

As we prepare these statements, we are working to ensure that contributions made by members of the same household, such as spouses, are accurately reflected together. As part of this process, you may receive an automated notification from Planning Center, our giving management system, regarding the combining of donor records. This is a legitimate notification from Weddington Methodist Church, and no action is required on your part.

Giving statements will be sent electronically to donors with an email address on file. If you have previously requested paper statements, you will continue to receive them by mail. If you would prefer to receive a printed statement by mail, please contact our Finance Department to update your preference.

If you have any questions or need to update your contact information, please email our Executive Director of Finance, Art Kite, or call the church office at 704-846-1032.
