Bring a chair or a blanket.This year they are presenting Pericles. Many of you know that my Mother was Greek. You may not know that Ancestry.com and DNA testing proves that I am a direct descendent of Pericles through his son Xanthippus. So this has great meaning to me. You will see circus performers, pirates and shipwrecks. It will be a fantastic show. It is outdoors, but I heard Hurricane Schwartz earlier in the week say that the weather Saturday will be "a sure bet." Hey, the only guys more accurate than weather forecasters are economists.
After the performance, come over for some refreshments. We are adjacent to the park and you can see our house from the amphitheater. The park is between 43rd and 45th Streets and between Chester and Woodland Avenues, convenient to the 11, 13, 34 and 36 trolleys. We are on 43rd Street at Regent Square, also between Chester and Woodland Avenues, specifically 4256 Regent Square.
