-The Latest News-

Communion by Intinction This Summer | As our current communion ware is being repaired, we will be using intinction as our communion practice for the months of June, July and August, using the antique communion vessels that were retired when the new set was gifted to the parish. If someone chooses not to receive the wine for health reasons, logistics or personal conscience, they are still receiving the full benefit of the sacrament - Christ's true body and blood for the forgiveness of sins as Christ is fully present in either element.

Always Ready Bible Study Begins this Sunday |

Always being ready to answer God’s call means preparing our hearts for what He wants to do. This Sunday marks the first of a 5-part series over the next 3 Sundays on the topic of “Always Ready” with an emphasis on “Ready to Pray.” Join Chris Wethman at 8:30 AM in Fellowship Hall as we discuss what it means to be “watchful and thankful in prayer.”

Deaconess Anna Voelker to Serve at Grace |

Deaconess Anna Voelker has accepted the designation to serve Grace as Director of Christian Outreach. We are in the process of preparing the necessary documents that will allow us to extend a Call to Anna.

We give thanks to God for her faithful response and look forward to the ways she will help lead us in outreach and service. Further details will be shared in the coming weeks as plans are finalized.

Save the Date: Town Hall Meeting June 29th | Save the date for our next Town Hall Meeting on Sunday, June 29th, following Divine Worship. Topics to be discussed include a Go & Make update and how we as a church can Be Ready for what's coming up next.

Joyfully Aging: A New Online Learning Adventure |

Starting July 10th, we will explore the book Joyfully Aging: A Christian’s Guide by Richard Bimler. This will be a Zoom adventure on Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 PM in July and August.

Here's what people are saying about Joyfully Aging:

“For all who have a hard time dealing with years that should truly be golden in the best sense, Rich Bimler comes to the rescue in these pages with his trademark blend of wit, wisdom, and worship. Bimler examines aging… and delivers delightful therapy for all who try to resist.”  -Paul L. Maier, author, educator. Purchase of the book is optional.
