Belief Backers

People Matter: Kelly Blood

HR Business Partner

Louisville Office

“Kelly has been instrumental in assisting with what has turned out to be a challenge with my upcoming transfer to Ohio along with my migration from Casey to MIC. When you look at our beliefs, Kelly definitely exemplifies our People Matter belief. I want everyone to know how selfless she is when it comes to taking care of our most valuable assets – our team members – and how much that means to me.”

Announcements

ACTION REQUIRED: Job Cost Monthly Close Impacts

Our Accounting Department is making a change to the Job Cost monthly close schedule that will impact a few monthly processes. Job Cost Monthly Close will now take place on the last day of the month beginning with August close. This change will give other areas of the business more time to provide Quality financial reporting in a timely manner in preparation for monthly reviews. Additionally, forecasts need to be completed and updated in Vista by the noon CST on Business Day 4.

Please note the following and take action as necessary:

  • Receiving: All receiving for the month must be completed by 3 pm CST on the last day of the month.
  • Concur Expenses: Concur will now cut off on the 25th of each month. All expenses should be coded no later than the close of business on the 25th of each month.

Please do your part to ensure completion of receiving and Concur processes as noted above to ensure the Job Cost Monthly Close schedule can be completed as planned.

Concur Changes Coming Soon

As MasTec Industrial expands and grows, the need for a standard credit card process is necessary. It will now be easier to charge expenses to Casey, Phoenix, Wanzek and MasTec Industrial, as well as projects within the companies. This change will help keep expenses more organized and assist in avoiding errors within Concur.

Please process your Concur expenses this month in preparation for upcoming changes coming soon.
