Christmas Grace:
Sharing Christ’s Love This Christmas
Starts Sunday, November 1st!
| | |
For more than 20 years, Christmas Grace has been a cherished Church of the Servant tradition. Each year, we partner with community agencies to support local families and individuals who could use a little extra care during the holiday season.
Preparations are already underway! Beginning Sunday, November 1, you’ll find Christmas Grace tables in the Concourse, with opportunities to choose a family or individual to sponsor and gift lists to guide you.
Make a plan with your family, class, or study group to take part. Together, we can share Christmas joy and put Jesus’ teachings into action by offering care, generosity, and love to our neighbors. Join us in being the hands and feet of Christ this season!

Bring your appetite—and maybe your best chili recipe—and join us for a fun evening of great food, friendly competition, and fellowship!
Think your chili has what it takes to take home the prize? Enter your best batch in our Church Chili Cook-Off! Not a chili chef? No problem! Everyone is invited to come enjoy the tasting, cheer on our cooks, and vote for your favorite. Want to enter the Chili Cook-Off? Register your chili by November 3 and bring your best batch on November 6.
After judging and everyone has had their fill, stick around for a family-friendly movie on the lawn! Bring a lawn chair or blanket, get comfortable, and enjoy a movie under the stars with your church family.
Come for the chili. Stay for the movie. Bring the whole family! Everyone is invited; registration is only for chili entries.

Annual Church Conference
Sunday, November 8, at 12:30 PM
| | Mark your calendar and plan on joining with fellow members of Church of the Servant for our Annual Church Conference on Sunday, November 8 at 12:30 PM in Community Hall. There, we will receive a report from the Nominations Committee on recommended leadership for the coming year, set pastor salaries, and hear reports from various ministry groups about what God has been doing through Church of the Servant over the past year. Note that all are welcome, but only Church of the Servant members are permitted to vote at the Annual Church Conference. | | 2027 Stewardship Campaign Update | | |
Thank you to everyone who joined in on making a commitment to fulfill their promise to support their faith family financially in 2027. On Commitment Sunday, a total of 152 households from our family of faith came together to commit $948,117 in support of God’s Kingdom work through Church of the Servant in the coming year! This is a fantastic start to our stewardship campaign and is to be celebrated!
If you were unable to be part of Commitment Sunday and want to do your part to keep the lamp that is Church of the Servant filled with oil, know that it’s not too late! To help ensure your church is prepared and ready to respond to God’s call in the coming year, I invite you to turn in a physical pledge card in the offering plate this Sunday. Or, if more convenient, you’re welcome to fill out a digital card by going to servantokc.org/commitment-card.
However you choose to make your pledge, thank you for helping make sure that Church of the Servant remains a beacon for God’s Kingdom in northwest Oklahoma City and beyond throughout 2027 and for years to come!
