The Sphere Experience is a two-part program that begins when you enter the venue. The approximately two-hour experience begins in the Atrium, where, through one-of-a-kind immersive technology experiences created specifically for Sphere, guests will gain a better understanding of how technology amplifies our human potential. The Sphere Experience then continues in the main venue bowl for a multi-sensory cinematic experience – The Wizard of Oz.

The Particulars...

On January 26, 2027, the evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with a Cocktail Party at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant (on the top of the Paris Hotel) before leaving for the 8:00 p.m. show

The "The Wizard of Oz" entertainment begins at 8:00 p.m. PST

All healthcare financial professionals are welcome from the provider side and you will have the opportunity to network in a unique environment... you can expect to join a party of 20 new healthcare friends.

The Logistics...

We will meet at 5:30 p.m. at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant for a Happy Hour prior to the Paris shuttle area for transportation to the Sphere. Return transportation will also be provided back to the Paris Hotel.

If you prefer arriving independently, the Sphere is conveniently located at 255 Sands Ave. Las Vegas, NV. Guests can enter the Sphere on foot via Sands Ave or Westchester Drive and enter the venue via the Plaza Entry on the East side of the building.

The venue can also be accessed by the pedestrian bridge connected to The Venetian Resort. Parking is available on-site however the venue encourages early arrival.

Rideshare pickup and drop-off for Sphere is located at the corner of Sands Ave and Koval Lane. A member of the Sphere staff will direct you to the venue.
