Once again the Los Angeles Blues Society (LABS) will be having a band competition to send a winning band to the International Blues Challenge (IBC) held in
Memphis, Tennessee January 13-17, 2026.
The LA Blues Society (LABS) competition will be held on October 26, 2025 at the
Old Stump Brewery in Pomona.
The Bands will each play a 15 minute set. There will be a panel of 3 judges who will choose a winner based on criteria and rules predetermined by the Blues Foundation. Official information can be found at https://blues.org/international-blues-challenge/.

Entry fee is $25 for a LABS member band (use the PayPal $25 Blues Fan option) and $50 for a non LABS member band (use the PayPal $50 family option).
