Please watch for further calls to action this week as the state legislature works on this bill in the House and Senate.
Why now? The looming sunset of the Film & Television Production Incentive program in 2022 creates uncertainty that will prevent investment in the Massachusetts economy at a time when the state needs it the most.

We need the legislature to act now and eliminate the sunset of the Film & Television Production Incentive to protect and grow the jobs and economic benefits our industry creates.
