Let's talk about your living options for next year. We're closing out this series with a look at our Apartment Style residence hall, University Place.

Quick Facts

• Located on the west side of the English Coulee, closer to the aerospace buildings.
• Units are apartment style, with full kitchens and furnished living rooms.
• Just down the street Wilkerson Dining Center, kitty-corner from West Hall.

Complete by March 1 to be included in Round 1 of New Student Room Assignments:



• Update hall preference ranking (Housing & Residence Life staff will consider these preferences when making an assignment.)
• Fill out the Living Learning Community Interest Confirmation (if applicable)
• Roommate selections: select and confirm before March 1
• Verify Emergency Contact information

The spaces are 2-bedroom units with two beds, two dressers, two closets, and two desks with lockable drawers per bedroom, or 4-bedroom units with one bed, one dresser, one closet, and one desk per bedroom.

• Apartment Style building, where each unit has a full kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms.
• 2- and 4-bedroom units, with 2 shared bathrooms.
• Bedrooms and living room are furnished.
• Large community spaces with free laundry room (cost included with room and meal plan rate)
