Empowering Access Through Education — Free Professional Trainings for LEP Communities in .Florida.
| | |
Access to professional education is a critical step toward economic mobility. Yet many Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals face barriers when navigating training programs, funding opportunities, and federal services—especially in the childcare and healthcare fields.
To help close this gap, EduPower, a capstone initiative founded by Galila Ibrahim, has partnered with the ChildCareEd platform to offer a series of free, accessible professional development trainings designed specifically to empower LEP learners.
About the EduPower Initiative
EduPower was created with one mission in mind: to increase access to educational materials that help LEP individuals understand and utilize federal and state services available to them. By focusing on practical knowledge and #career readiness, EduPower supports workforce development while strengthening essential community sectors like childcare and healthcare.
