The application is accessible via our official website and ensures a seamless calendar of activities. By allowing groups to proactively secure their preferred time slots, we can facilitate easy scheduling and reduce the potential for scheduling conflicts.
Reservation Process:

Log into Sincuidados.org, our official portal, for community resources and information.
- Click on the "Resources" section at the top of the page.
- Select the "Reservations" option to navigate to the booking page where meeting slots may be selected.
- Community members can view available slots indicated in blue, select a suitable date and time, and proceed to fill out a reservation form.
- The form requires specific details to ensure accurate booking and space preparation. Upon submission, users receive a confirmation, securing their reservation.
- Once complete, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Make a Reservation".
The screenshot below displays an example of the booking process. The online system is part of efforts to maintain an organized and efficient environment for all community activities. By booking online, we can maintain a cohesive and smoothly operating community calendar.
