The four wines in the wine club release are all wonderful; The Sundance is a Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend, a first for us, that has good acid but also the pleasing roundness of Semillon. The 2017 Grenache touts a mellow strawberry up front with a bit of earthy complexity and is the best Grenache we have made since 2013 and that’s sayin’ something. Buzzard’ Blend is as outstanding as ever, blending Cabernet and Cab Franc. Finally, the ever-popular Tempranillo is finally back with its smoky currant, anise, and leather notes!
