Pool Season Has Ended

See You Next Summer!

We hope you were able to keep cool in the SunCrest pool this summer! SunCrest's pool season has come to an end, and the pool is now closed. We look forward to seeing everyone back at the pool next summer!

Remodel Begins September 24

Clubhouse Closed During Demo

The long-awaited clubhouse remodel is fast approaching! We will be replacing the old slate flooring with brand new tile and installing a new, modern front desk.

The remodel is scheduled to take place from September 24 through October 10. The clubhouse and gym will be closed during the demolition phase, which is expected to take approximately one week, from September 24 through October 2. After the demolition phase, the clubhouse will have limited access, though we will do our best to keep the gym open while other areas remain closed during the remodel.

We will keep residents updated via email throughout the remodel process if we need to extend the demolition phase or close the gym. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this exciting renovation, and we look forward to showing you the shiny new clubhouse!

Are you planning exterior renovation projects to close out the summer? Whether you're planning a fresh coat of paint, a new deck, or a landscaping overhaul, remember that all exterior renovations require prior approval. Please fill out a Property Improvement Application for any exterior modifications or landscape changes. Be sure to review SunCrest's Design Guidelines to ensure your project is approvable!

RV Season Ends September 30

Time to Find Alternate Storage!

RV season is coming to an end soon! If you have been approved to park your recreational vehicle at your home, it must be removed by September 30. Please begin looking for alternate places to store your RV for the off-season.

Please note that the Board has approved a permanent policy for RV Summer Storage in SunCrest, and the trial basis has ended. If you were approved for a temporary RV permit for the 2026 season, your permit is considered approved under the permanent policy. Please remember that permits are RV-specific, and any changes to the RV on file will require a new permit.

Fall Community Yard Sale

Village Green

Our Fall Community Yard Sale is coming up on September 26! Now is the time to register to participate.

You can choose to set up your display at the Village Green or at your own property. We will create a map that includes all participating homes, making it easy for everyone to plan their yard-sale shopping excursions!

If you'd like to set up your display at the Village Green, remember to bring your own blankets, tables, or other supplies you need to be successful!

The deadline to register your yard for inclusion on the map is Friday, September 25, by 2 pm.

Calling all ghouls and ghosts! Get ready for SunCrest's Spooky Movie in the Park. This year, we'll be watching the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus!

We'll start the movie right at 7:30 pm, so plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get cozy with your blankets and lawn chairs. We'll have smores and cider while supplies last!
