Steps to prepare for your eKEY upgrade

Have a credit card handy for the monthly auto payments in the amount of $15.95 plus tax ($17.07 total), debited on the 28th of each month.
- You may receive your appointment phone call on the same smart device you will use for your eKEY.
- Supra will contact you within your 60 minute appointment time. For example, if your appointment is at 9 am, you will receive a call to activate your MLS United eKEY between 9 am – 10 am. Once we contact you, the process takes about 10 minutes.

Your lockboxes will be transferred to the new Supra MLS United account within 48 hours after your appointment time. This will not affect access to a lockbox.
Other items of note:

Please don’t schedule any showings during your appointment time, your Central Mississippi eKEY will be deactivated until the new eKEY is installed.
- There will be no disruption to your eKEY service during this transition.
