Summer is getting closer! As we prepare for our busiest season we continue to count on your support to further this ministry.

One way this is accomplished is through our Wish Lists! Below are Wish Lists for various parts of our ministry in which we we need your assistance.

Please consider supporting our program by ensuring we are well prepared for our summer ministry.

Upcoming Deadlines

February 28 - Financial Assistance Request Forms

• These forms were due and we are currently working on distributing the limited funds we have available. You are still welcome to fill out the form and we will do our best to help.

April 30 - Everything else!

• Full tuition payment
• Online medical history section
• Medical exam form (or an email to healthcenter@avcamp.org informing us that it will be done later)
• Additional forms as needed (FARE Food Allergy Form, Action Plans)
• Travel information.

***Note - The $50 Refundable Medical Fee will be refunded in May for those who completed all medical information by April 30, or informed us by emailing healthcenter@avcamp.org that the Medical exam form will be done later.

New Bunks!

We have recently purchased all new bed-bug resistant metal bunks for all of our cabins fully replacing the original wooden bunks.

If you are interested in purchasing one of our old bunks, please email cade@avcamp.org.

New Office!

We are adding a new office to our lodge for our growing team of full time staff. The office will be located where the kitchen was in the lodge!

AV Thrift Shop!

Hey AV Alumni! Do you love flipping through our photo albums when you come to visit? Well our Director of Communications Constantine Kallaur has spent the last year scanning all of our photos from our photo collection going all the way back to 1981! In an effort to preserve the history of The Antiochian Village, we are in the process of digitizing as much content as we have. Our intern Nick Dujmovic has collected camp videos going all the way back to the 1990s as well.
