Purchase or Knit a "Melt the Ice" Hat with Us

Join our FCC Knitting Group in support of the ICE protests, by purchasing a “Melt the Ice” hat or knitting one with us. All proceeds will go to immigrant aid agencies. This hat was worn in the 1940s by Norwegians as a form of visual protest against Nazi occupation of their country. Within two years, the Nazis made these protest hats illegal and they are now a sign of resistance. Sign up here if you would like to purchase one or would like to help with knitting.

Artist Reception: Michael Charron Exhibit

Thursday, 2/26, 5:00-8:00 p.m. | Heritage Room

The McMane Arts Ministry presents Michael Charron’s Catacomb Saints, tracing his journey from lapsed Catholic to New Thought idealist, to Mystic, and now to spiritual alchemist – transforming the symbols of his Catholic tradition into artistic gold. Drawing on symbolist and surrealist traditions, Charron excavates his inner shadow, unearthing startling and captivating artifacts that reveal both vulnerability and vision.

February FOG Gathering

Friday, 2/27, 6:00 p.m. | 287 Pearl St. Boulder

Our February Fellowship of the Grape gathering will take place on Friday, February 27 from 6:00-8:00 p.m., hosted by Louisa Young. As the Olympics are taking place in Italy, Louisa would like to suggest an Italian wine. However, we have just had Presidents’ Day, and in honor of that, you might wish to select a wine with a blue, red, purple, or green label. As usual, couples bring an hors d’oeuvres to pass and a bottle of wine. Singles bring either. Nonalcoholic beverages will be available.

Financial Policy Vote

Sunday, 3/1, 11:45 a.m. | Plymouth Hall

At the Annual Meeting of the Congregation following worship on March 1, the congregation will vote on proposed updates to the church’s financial policy. Please take time to review the proposed revisions in advance here so you can come informed and ready to participate in this decision.

There's Still Time to Make a Pledge for 2026

Slowly but surely, with the care and follow-up of our stewardship team, we are making our way toward a balanced budget. We invite you to join us on this climb toward the summit where, together, we can enjoy the view. If you are able to make a pledge for 2026, please don’t wait. Fill out a pledge form now. Reaching our goal by March 1, in time for the Annual Meeting of the Congregation, will help us continue this shared journey of faith.
