Hello Rawls Group!

This message is an official statement and review of the recent Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) feature added to KW Command.

WHAT IS HAPPENING

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now being used as an additional security measure to protect your KW Command account during login. MFA will trigger to verify access when logging in from a new device, a new location, or a new browser. When triggered, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity by entering a verification code sent to your Password Recovery email listed on your profile. Once verified you will then be able to login.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING

The use of MFA on your accounts makes you 99% less likely to be hacked! Using MFA addresses one of the most common attack vectors known as phishing. Learn more by visiting cisa.org, the official website of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

WHO IS IMPACTED

This is a KWRI company-wide implementation impacting all users including Associates, Staff, and Leadership.
