We hope you all had a wonderful start to the new year and stayed safe and warm during our most recent freeze. While the temperatures dipped, our momentum did not. We’ve hit the ground running in 2026, pushing forward with focus, grit, and the start of an exciting new project.

Cold weather may slow some things down, but progress doesn’t stop here. Our crews have been working through the conditions with care and precision, keeping schedules moving and quality at the forefront. As we kick off the year, we’re energized by what’s ahead and eager to share the progress, details, and milestones that are already taking shape.

LOT 673 - Lago Vista Drive

Under Contract

This home is really showing its personality, with standout details coming together throughout. Cabinets start going in this week, bringing all the finishes together as we get ready to measure for countertops. We’re also excited to take on the garage loft build-out, which is shaping up to be a truly special space complete with a golf simulator.

Rante Spec

LOT 798- Temple Trail

The Rante spec home is coming along smoothly as we enter the finishing stage. Doors are being set, trim is going in, and cabinets are installed. Tile work is moving quickly, and we’re excited to see the wood flooring go in soon. This one is really starting to take shape!

McDaniel Residence

LOT 611- Tyler Way

Lot 611 is coming along nicely, with framing completed and rough-ins and plumbing top-out well underway. We’re continuing to make great progress and looking forward to getting the home insulated next.

Mabery Spec

LOT 682- Lago Vista

We’re excited to announce the start of another Mabery spec home on the Lago Vista cul-de-sac! These views will be amazing.
