Garden to Glass
2022 Cocktail Champion
The people have spoken: 10th Mountain Whiskey takes the gold for crafting the decidedly (most) deliciously peachy cocktail, "Locals Only".
Congratulations!
Garden to Glass kicked off the dual nights of celebration with a bang! Despite the inclement weather, almost 300 young philanthropists, community leaders, partners and friends of EVLT showed up to crown 10th Mountain Whiskey as the winner. The successful night of cocktails, live music, fundraising and outreach was topped off with a rainbow and many new friends of EVLT.

Thank you to all of our participating bars for your incredible support, time and work put forward to make this a fun night with some fierce competition: The Assembly, The Rose, Two Arrows/Root & Flower, Craftsman, Bad Kitty Lounge and 10th Mountain Whiskey.

Honoring our founders
at Farm to Fork
Friends of wildlife, nature lovers and forward thinking conservation advocates gathered together for a night honoring EVLT's founding father, Roger Tilkemeier, who paved the way for conservation and wise development in Eagle County today. Under twinkling tipis guests were treated to another standout gourmet meal by Red Maple and stories from the past and present, capped off by an unforgettable speech by future conservationist, Oakley Milhoan. All in all, this was EVLT's most successful Garden to Glass and Farm to Fork, ever!
We'd like to extend our thanks and deepest gratitude to all of our guests and supporters for your commitment to conservation in Eagle County.

What is Community Conservation?
Just for a moment, imagine a community, our community, without open lands and wild spaces. Then imagine the opposite — abundant land, but without the ecological and human communities that call that land home.

Neither picture is as robust or thriving as a scenario in which human and ecological communities live in harmony, where we steward and care for our shared home. Community Conservation is just that: an approach to land stewardship that recognizes our shared responsibility to protect our common home — the land — for the benefit of all communities, now and in the future.

These days, “community” often feels like a buzzword or catchphrase. However, to fully appreciate Community Conservation, one must first understand what defines a community and how that influences the effectiveness of land conservation. “Community” is defined by The Oxford English Dictionary as “a feeling of fellowship with others as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.”
