Radiance Community Newsletter | | |
Exciting Newsletter Update |
The Radiance Review newsletter has become a bit too jam-packed. To make things easier to follow and more focused, we’re introducing two new newsletters starting this September.
Beginning September 3rd, you’ll receive the Radiance Review, a monthly newsletter dedicated to lifestyle updates, events, and community fun. It will arrive in your inbox on the first Wednesday of each month.
Then, on September 17th, we’ll debut the Radiance Report, which will focus on Association news and important community updates. You can expect this newsletter on the third Wednesday of each month.
Keep an eye on your inbox as we roll out these changes — we’re excited to bring you clearer, more streamlined updates.
| Radiance Officer Facio Fundraiser |
Our community came together in a truly heartfelt way to show support for Officer Facio and his family. Through generous donations and thoughtful participation in our card-making effort, we raised nearly $1,000 to help support the family during this difficult time.
In addition, residents contributed their time and creativity to help create a beautiful scrapbook filled with messages, drawings, and well wishes. This meaningful gift will be presented to Officer Facio’s family as a lasting reminder of the love and support from the Radiance community.

3rd Quarter Assessments ARE NOW PAST DUE
As a friendly reminder, the 3rd quarter assessments of $270 were due on July 1, 2025. Payments made to your account after July 30, 2025 are considered past-due, late fees may be applied and key fobs will be deactivated.
If you have not already set up automatic payments, now is a great time to do so. We encourage all homeowners to authorize direct debit on the Alliance Bank portal for their automatic quarterly payments.
You will need the following information:
- Management Company ID - 6675
- Association ID - 589
- Property Account ID - (6 digits found on statements)
Please ensure that automatic payments are set to align with the assessments' due dates (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1).
CCMC has worked to simplify the process for payments. Here are some quick tips and tutorials.

Being a Good Neighbor Starts with Awareness
We love seeing our community full of happy pups and vibrant activity—but being a responsible neighbor means staying mindful of how our pets and actions impact others.
Pet Waste: Recently, we’ve noticed an increase in uncollected dog waste throughout the neighborhood. Pet waste is more than just unsightly—it poses serious health risks and detracts from the beauty of our parks, trails, and common areas. Please do your part by picking up after your pets every time.
Noise & Disturbances: Whether it’s a barking dog or late-night disruptions, noise can affect everyone’s quality of life. We encourage residents to first have a respectful conversation with their neighbor if a concern arises. If the issue persists, please contact your management team for next steps or you may consider contacting local authorities directly. Animal-related disturbances can be reported to Apache Junction Animal Control, and noise complaints can be directed to the Apache Junction Police Department’s non-emergency line. These organizations are equipped to help address and resolve these concerns.
Heat Awareness: As the temperatures rise, please remember to protect your pets from the summer heat. Always provide fresh water, limit outdoor activity during peak hours, and never leave pets unattended in hot areas.
Being a great neighbor starts with small acts of consideration. Thank you for helping us foster a kind, clean, and respectful community for all.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent BINGO nights—it was an absolute blast. The room was filled with energy, laughter, and just the right amount of friendly competition. From the excitement of calling out “BINGO!” to the smiles that followed each prize win, it was a fun-filled afternoon for all ages. We loved seeing neighbors come together to relax, play, and connect. We can’t wait to do it again—stay tuned for the next round.

Third Place wrapped things up in 1 hour and 13 minutes. Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun—your competitive spirit and teamwork made it a truly memorable event.
| Saved by the Bottle Water Donation Drive |
Radiance is proud to support the HomeWorks Saved by the Bottle Campaign. An effort to provide life-saving hydration to vulnerable populations across the valley during the hottest days of the year.
From July 28th - August 8th, we’re asking our residents to come together and help by donating cases of bottled water. All donations will go directly to those in need, distributed by The Genisis Project to our unhoused neighbors and others experiencing extreme heat.
Drop-Off Location: Radiance Homeowners Association Office
9875 S Reverence Rd.
Apache Junction, Arizona 85120
Monday – Friday
9AM – 4PM
This is a simple yet powerful way to give back. A single case of water can make all the difference.
Let’s show what the Radiance community is made of: kindness, compassion, and action. Together, we can bring hope, one bottle at a time.
