Registration For The 2024 TUR Planner Certification Course Is Now Open!

Since 1990, all Massachusetts facilities submitting reports under the Toxics Use Reduction Act (TURA) are required to have a TUR Planner certify their plan. The TUR planning process has played a pivotal role in shaping the internationally acknowledged practice of alternatives assessments.

TUR Planners can help, whether your company falls under TURA regulations or if you simply want to methodically evaluate your options to create a safer work environment with reduced environmental impact.

TURI's TUR Planning certification course includes a 6-week online segment, providing in-depth coverage of the theory and regulations linked to TUR planning, as well as four in-person sessions to translate theory into practice. Participants receive guidance from experienced TUR Planners on best practices and collaborate on a practicum based on a real manufacturing setting.
