Many thanks to Justyna King, Dave Mayer and Lisa O’Leary who worked to provide a wonderful in-service day for us all. Appreciation for all our presenters who offered a buffet of goodness for our teachers, administrators and staff. We are all blessed by your willingness to share. As Justyna shared with us, the OCS paid attention to the evaluation feedback, made some good changes, and all-in-all improved the experience for all. We do appreciate your participation in the day! Remind teachers to complete their evaluations as this is the way to obtain the clock hours. When we have collected the evaluations, we will share results.

We finished with our Archbishop meetings, and I thank you for your participation. 74 presidents/principals and 52 pastors took time to attend this important time for us all.  The next time we meet as a group, we will be in person…that is my hope, wish, want, desire. The breakout rooms had some success, but overall, it is more limiting in terms of our ability to truly look at another in the eye and share our experience and concerns. On the Principal Trello board, we have linked the Archbishop’s notes, as well as the recording of the Archbishop’s final presentation.
