Happy Summer Providence Family!

As we head into this long weekend, I want to wish a very Happy Father’s Day to all of the wonderful fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and father figures in our Providence community. Thank you for your unwavering support, love, and dedication to our students.

Also, welcome to our new Provet families! It is a joy to have you join our school community. We had a wonderful crowd at last weekend's Gently Used Uniform sale. At Providence, our mission is beautifully shaped by the charism of the Sisters of Divine Providence—teaching our young women to look to the future with intellectual curiosity, confidence, and absolute trust in a Provident God.

Additionally, please note that our campus will be closed today, Friday, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth. We wish all of our families a peaceful and meaningful holiday weekend as we celebrate freedom and community together.

Elise M Denoux, ACDP

FACTS & Tuition Info

FACTS Transition:

As we transition to the 2026-2027 school year, we want to inform you of an upcoming update to FACTS, the system our school uses for student and family information.

This summer, our school — along with all schools in the Archdiocese — will transition to a single FACTS district code. This change is part of an effort to improve system consistency and support families more effectively.

What to Expect During the Summer Update

  • Your child’s records and school information will remain intact.
  • FACTS access will move to a new district code which you will use instead of our current district code [PCSA-TX] once the update is complete.
  • There will be a brief period during the update when families cannot log in.

During that time:

  • Automatic payments will continue without interruption.
  • Families will not be able to log in to make a payment.
  • Payments can be made by contacting FACTS directly if needed, 866-441-4637.

We will notify families before the update begins and again once access has been fully restored. The timeframe is set for June 29th through July 10th, though a more specific timeframe may be released as we move closer to the update. We will notify families as soon as the system is available again. No action is needed at this time. Please watch for a final message later this summer.

We appreciate your patience and partnership as we prepare for this transition.

Contact our Business Manager, Dr. Alicia Garcia, with questions on FACTS billing.

Tuition Reminders:

Any OUTSTANDING Tuition Balances will be transferred to the 26-27 SY in FACTS.

  • Contact Principal Denoux to make payment arrangements for your account to be current.
  • Report Cards and transcripts are NOT released to any family with past due tuition.

For returning families, payments for next school year are based on the payment plan you selected in FACTS.

  • 26-27 Billing - 12-month billing starts in June. *If you re-enrolled after May 1st, 12-month billing is NOT an option.
  • Again, there are NO Registration Fees for returning families because you have already been billed an administrative fee to maintain records and accounts during this school year.

TEFA - Texas Education Freedom Accounts AWARD NOTIFICATIONS have been sent to families on the WAITLIST and families who appealed.

If your family receives a TEFA award, we want to help you take the next steps as smoothly as possible. LEARN MORE

TEFA Awardee Intent Forms must be submitted as soon as possible. Contact Principal Denoux if you have any questions.

Refer a Prospective Family to us!

Providence has a referral program. Current families who refer a new student to us will get a $500 tuition credit to their account in January. (The new student must list the current student or person's name on the application, and the new student must attend Providence for a full semester before the credit is applied to the referral. Referral credit is not applied to the new student.)

Currently, we are still accepting students for the upcoming school year 2026-2027, but if you have a family for a future year, now is the BEST time to get them interested in Providence!

Student/Family interviews are required for incoming 8th grade, high school, and senior transfers.

7th Grade - Class of 2032 - is FULL and has a waitlist.

Contact Enrollment Director Kat Chavarria with any information on a prospective family.
