Q: A staff member left our company. Can I get those hours back?

A: Yes. If the training isn’t completed/expired, ChildCareEd can void it and return the hours. Call our office with the employee’s name.

Q: How do I track my employees’ progress?

A: Go to Group Admin → Team Management → Progress Reports to view progress, completion dates, and download certificates.

Q: When I create an account for someone, it says “email already exists.” What does that mean?

A: That employee already has a ChildCareEd account. Confirm with them, then go to Team Management → Add Existing User to Team and enter their email.

Q: We have a group subscription. Can I assign training using our subscription?

A: Yes, assign training like normal and it will use the subscription at checkout.

Note: If you have hours, hours will be used first.

Q: An employee is no longer employed but they’re still on our group subscription. Can we remove them?

A: Yes. Call our office and ChildCareEd will remove them and free the seat so you can add another employee.
