The 6th Grade's Parade of Idioms is this week on September 6th. Our first College T-Shirt Day is September 12th. You are invited to sport your favorite college for the day with jeans and sneakers. Join us for Coffee with the Headmaster, September 10th. Picture Day has been rescheduled for October 3rd.

September 13, Cypress Town Hall at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in the Father Ryan Center

Mrs. Davidson along with members of the Aristoi Classical Academy Board of Directors will be hosting a Town Hall meeting for Cypress families on September 13 at 6:00 p.m. We hope to see you there so we can share more about what is being done to repair our campus and answer any questions you may have.

5th-9th Grade Choir

Choir Practice at Aristoi Cypress has begun! Practice will be held on Wednesdays from 3:20 - 4:00 P.M. Fifth through ninth grade scholars are invited to be a part of this great opportunity.

If you would like to participate, sign-up forms are available from Mrs. Horeth-Caskey.

Sixth Grade Parade of Idioms, September 6th

The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster is full of clever plays on words, puns, and funny idioms.  In honor of our summer reading, 6th grade scholars are welcome to come dressed as one of their favorite idioms on Friday, September 6th.

Examples include but are not limited to:

- He/She is a smart cookie!

- That will happen when pigs fly!

- It's raining cats and dogs!

- You wear your heart on your sleeve.

This is an optional activity and scholars will have the opportunity to model their idioms during 1st period class, at 8:00 AM.

Parents are invited.
