👩🏾🎓 For Scholars
RELISH is a 6-month program for Black professionals currently in supervisory or managerial roles who are looking to grow into senior leadership. The program includes:
- One-on-one mentorship
- In-person leadership seminars at Silberman School of Social Work
- Continuing education credits upon completion (if applicable)
- Networking across the supportive housing and homeless services field
To Apply:
Prospective scholars must submit a resume, letter of recommendation, and agency authorization form (agreeing to the $2,500 program fee). Up to three applicants per organization may be selected.
🧑🏾💼 For Mentors
Being a RELISH mentor is just as impactful as being a scholar. We are seeking experienced, C-suite level executives to mentor the next generation of leaders.
Mentors receive:
- An onboarding orientation (Sept 19)
-
Access to monthly Mentor Office Hours
-
Participation in a powerful peer network of Black executives
- The opportunity to shape a scholar’s growth, vision, and leadership trajectory
This is a competitive process. We encourage all applicants—mentors and scholars alike—to apply early and approach the application with thoughtfulness and care.
We look forward to welcoming the 2025-2026 RELISH cohort!
