A recent anti-trust settlement with Visa and Mastercard is not good enough for small business. The current system amounts to price fixing and must be reformed to allow the free market and real competition to set the interchange rates.

Tell your lawmaker to support the bipartisan Credit Card Competition Act to:

  • Give small business owners a choice from multiple credit card network options, allowing you to choose whichever one has lower swipe fees
  • Save merchants and consumers $17 billion a year

Just like small businesses have to compete for customers, credit card companies should have to compete for your business.

Take action now. Urge Congress to support lowering swipe fees and costs on small business.
