We have seen a significant increase in agents losing lockboxes. Although our rules require the removal of lockboxes on a listing within 48 hours of closing, release, or termination, most of the missing lockboxes stem from agents neglecting to pick up boxes. This is a finable offense under CVR 12.2.14 (F), so please be sure to pick up your lockboxes timely. Additionally, you may be responsible for the replacement cost for any lost or intentionally damaged lockbox in your inventory.

Remember to Assign your Lockboxes to Listings!
To have access to accurate showing reporting, make sure to assign your lockboxes in SentriLock and Matrix. There is only one button that will let you enter lockbox information and send it to both Matrix and SentriLock. Otherwise, you’ll need to assign the lockbox information in SentriKey and Matrix separately.
