  • If you have not received your ballot package or need a replacement package, please contact CSA at referendum@csaseapines.com and our staff will be happy to assist you.
  • A member of our staff will contact you directly via email when the package has been reissued. As the postmark deadline is quickly approaching and to expedite your request, packages can be reissued via email. 

  • Ballot Information:
  • Ballots do NOT need to be notarized or attested to
  • Ballots must be postmarked by Friday, June 21, 2019, to be counted

Sea Pines CSA Independence Day Celebration

Please join your Sea Pines neighbors in celebration of Independence Day. Enjoy a complimentary lunch from One Hot Mama's that will feature a Hot Dog Station, Baked Beans, Greek Pasta Salad, Watermelon Slices, and potato chips. Beer, wine, soft drinks and water will also be provided.

Sea Pines owners interested in attending must have an Eventbrite reservation for each member of their party (limit 6 attendees per Sea Pines household). 

This event is restricted to Sea Pines Property Owners and their accompanied guests (limit 6 attendees per Sea Pines household).

The CSA Independence Day Celebration event is limited to the first 1,000 reserved wristbands. This event sells out very quickly, so make your reservations early.

Tickets will become available Monday, June 24th at 12 noon so mark your calendars.

Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Updates
Beach Boardwalk Repairs Underway

  • Repairs have begun to eleven (11) boardwalks owned by CSA, that sustained storm-damage from Hurricane Matthew.
  • Boardwalks #22, #23 and #24 (pictured below) are completed and open for use.
  • Our contractor will begin making repairs to #29 on Monday, June 17. It should take 1-2 weeks to complete, (weather permitting) with possible temporary closures.
  • Hours of work will be from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Sea Marsh Bridge/Heron Point Leisure Trail

Repairs to Sea Marsh Bridge/Heron Point Leisure Trail are still underway and should be completed within the next week, weather permitting. Please use caution in this area.
