Sea Pines CSA Annual Assessment Information

The 2020 assessment bills will be mailed out to owners notice of mailing address by the end of this week (the week of December 16th).

While the assessment due date is January 10, 2020, due to the delay in the mailing we will not be assessing late fees until February 1, 2020.

Maintenance Update

Road Reconstruction Project: Phase 2 of Greenwood Drive from Governors Road to Plantation Drive

Drainage work within the project work zone is expected to begin tomorrow, Wednesday, December 18^th, weather permitting. Work will be performed through the remainder of the week from 8 am-5 pm with flag persons present to control traffic with alternating single lane closures in the designated work zone.

Motorists should expect traffic delays in the project area, to avoid the project area, please use the Ocean Gate. Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.

Lighthouse Road Project

Drainage work continues in proximity to Deer Island Road and curb repairs are underway.
Traffic delays are expected while work is taking place.

Tupelo Road Asphalt Repairs

Asphalt repairs are in process today, Tuesday, December 17^th on Tupelo Road.
The work is expected to take two (2) days, weather permitting.
