ERG team will be joining us for lunch and presenting on The Power of
Employee Resource Groups.
Medica PRIDE employee resource group (ERG) sets priorities and provides guidance to Medica’s Diversity, equity, and inclusion program in the design and implementation of a dynamic suite of activities and resources to help Medica LGBTQ+ families and allies gain the skills and resources necessary to meet the needs of and reflect our diverse communities. The goal of the ERG is to have a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment where employees feel engaged in an environment of mutual trust. Individual differences of thought are encouraged. Employees feel they and their work is valued, recognized, and contributes to our mission. To create a feeling of belonging at Medica.
