Meet Your Instructor: John Ludington John Ludington has been involved in both drinking water and wastewater operations for over 40 years. With a master's degree in public administration, he holds New Jersey licenses in the T-4, W-4, C-4, S-2, and N-2 categories and recently retired, after almost 15 years of service, from SUEZ Environmental Services.
