- Finding a deeper understanding of mental health conditions and dispelling of stereotypes and misconceptions
- Ways to accept a mental health diagnosis and live with it each day
- Showing journeys of people who have received a diagnosis
Part 3: Using Appropriate Language to Talk About Mental Health

Teaching and raising awareness of the use of stigmatizing language about mental health conditions, including:
- Recognizing language that perpetuates misinformation and mischaracterization of mental health diagnoses and the individuals who live with them
- Explaining why incorrect language can increase stigma and reduce help seeking
