Parking is free at the Hilton! Both parking options are patrolled by security for your safety.


  1. Park out front in the large parking lot.
  2. Park in the parking garage by entering on the right side of the hotel. Pull up to the gate and it will open for you to pull inside and park.


This is our Annual Scholarship Dinner. Please come out and support the future accountants - hopefully future PASH members!


If you attend Education Day, you will still need to register separately for the dinner meeting.

Description: What's changes are going on in the SEC, FASB and PCAOB? Join us for updates on Accounting and SEC current matters and releases.


Learning Objective:

By the end of this presentation, you will be able to:

1.     Summarize the latest guidance from the SEC, FASB and PCAOB

2.     Analyze various practice issues to demonstrate application of significant guidance

Audit Committee will be meeting 4/8/2025 at 2pm to vote on items for the upcoming Spring COPAS meeting.

MAY PASH PICNIC


Picnic plans are still underway for May 15th. Please mark it on your calendar and plan to join us for the last meeting of the year. New Board members and officers will be announced for the 2025-2026 PASH year. Hope to see you there. 

PASH Golf Tournament



The PASH Golf Tournament has been postponed until October, location will remain the same at Jersey Meadows Golf Club. Additional information to come as we get closer to the event.

Education Day


Education Day will take place on Thursday, April 17, 2025 (same day as Scholarship Dinner). Registration for Education Day is still open! Visit the link below to see the full line up of topics and to save your spot! There will be 8 hours of oil and gas accounting related CPE credit available and a bonus session at the end of the day for those who wish to attend. It is always a great event and we are looking forward to another great year! Proceeds from the event go toward scholarships and grants to support the oil and gas accounting programs at local colleges and universities.

2025 BOARD NOMINATIONS

The PASH Board is pleased to announce that we have 4 very qualified candidates to fill 3 positions as new Directors for the 2025-2028 term.  Thank you so much to ALL of them for their willingness to serve. As a reminder, Board nominations will close after the April meeting.


Watch for candidate bios and voting instruction to be emailed shortly after the April 17th PASH meeting. The voting window will be 2 weeks from the time the email is distributed. Voting will also be available on the PASH website. Please be aware, if you vote in both places, only your 1st vote will be counted.
