Lee Ann Stonehouse is the owner of Firefly Yoga and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher / Yoga Alliance instructor who creates intentional, curated yoga experiences. She has over twenty years of experience in education, specifically in K-12, college English instruction, and online learning.
As a faculty consultant for Generative AI and digital learning at the University of Tennessee, Lee Ann blends her love for storytelling and design with the art of yoga, crafting yoga classes that invite creativity, growth, and self-discovery.
Lee Ann is especially passionate about using yoga as a supportive tool for navigating specific health conditions, tailoring practices to foster healing and resilience. Additionally, she enjoys tailoring yoga experiences to benefit the workplace environment and to elevate a special occasion through yoga-themed birthday or bachelorette parties, couples’ anniversary celebrations, or a fun girls’ weekend!
