Hello Arden Residents,

The September Equinox is here! This means that day and night are balanced and temporarily the same length all over the world, so it is a great time to focus on personal balance as well. Did you know that "Equinox" means "equal night" in Latin? It's very fitting!

We encourage everyone to take the September Equinox as a time to focus on balancing and celebrating your life. Maybe it's time to do that thing you've been wanting to do, whatever it may be!

If you need help finding ways to celebrate, continue reading to learn what we have in store for everyone.

Friendly Reminder

Please note that your 4th quarter assessment of $978 is due next Thursday, 10/1/26. To learn more about your payment options, click the link below!

As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the team at info@myardenfl.com.

The Pet Directory can be beneficial when trying to reconnect a lost pet with its family!

Utilizing this feature on the Arden website, you can:

  • Register your pet(s)
  • View the cute pets of other Arden residents!

Community Yard Sale | Saturday, 09.26.2026

Community Yard Sale | Sunday, 09.27.2026

Want a chance to win a prize or a better incentive for residents to shop at your sale? Buyers and sellers alike, read on!

Buyers:

Stop by the Lakehouse to grab an Arden "Passport," or print one out here if you're unable to make it. Receive a stamp in one of the designated circles at each participating house you visit! The houses with stamps will be pinned in green on the virtual map. Once you have all 6, snap a picture of the "Passport" and email it to kailey@myardenfl.com to be entered into the raffle! The winner will be announced next week, so stay tuned.

Sellers:

Stop by the Lakehouse to grab an official Arden Community Yard Sale stamp, or pen in your initials and email kailey@myardenfl.com if you're unable to make it. The email must be sent no later than at 5:00 PM on Friday, 9/25/26 to have a special denotation on the virtual map. Have the stamp handy on your selling day(s) and stamp inside one designated circle for each "Passport" shown to you. This is a great incentive to get your fellow Arden residents to visit your sale!

Utilize these virtual maps to see the official participating houses for both days!

The green pins are the houses with stamps, so definitely add those to your buying route if you're interested in a chance to win a prize.

*General Store hours change seasonally

Wood tokens are good until October 31, 2026! The vegetable growing season is over. If you have tokens left, you can use them over the summer for coconuts, bananas, and papayas when they are available. The general store has changed to our summer hours. We are open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays for purchasing honey, popsicles, and drinks. The store hours are posted in the front of the barn (along the sidewalk) as well as to the left side of the barn doors. Sign-up for the 2026-2027 season will begin mid-October.
