FAM Tour to the Museum at Bethel Woods

The Sullivan Catskills Association would like to invite you join them on a FAM Tour before the BANY Marketplace on Sunday, October 18th meeting in front lobby of the main hotel entrance of Resorts World Catskills (near the truck being raffled off) at 1:15pm (1:30pm departure). The tour will include admission to The Museum at Bethel Woods, the bus will return to Resorts World Catskills around 4:30PM. Thank you Adirondack Trailways for providing the bus! REGISTER HERE.

Registration

2:30PM-5:00PM on Sunday, October18th in the Skybox Pre-Function Space.

Raffle

Be sure to check out the fantastic raffle prizes donated by our membership, we have a lot of wonderful items including a designer purse, gift cards, yeti coolers, etc. Tickets will be drawn on Monday evening before the Annual Banquet. 

Welcome Reception

Our event will kick off with a welcome reception sponsored by the NYS DMOs starting at 5:00PM in Dos Gatos (located in The Alder Hotel). Join us for networking, appetizers, and libations. 

Sunday Dinner – On Your Own

Dinner on Sunday is on your own. List of onsite restuarants.

Exhibitors/Buses

Set‐up can begin at 2:30PM on Sunday, October 18th in the Skybox Pre-Function area. Table Top displays will need to broken down by 8:00AM on Tuesday, October 20th.

After Party

Atlantic City and Resort AC are hosting our attendees after the banquet on Monday starting at 9:00PM in the Butterfly Beach Lounge. We hope you are all able to join us.

Marketplace

The BANY Marketplace on Tuesday morning offers the opportunity for one-on-one interaction between associate attendees (sellers) and operator/tour company representatives (buyers). Operator/Tour Representatives will be seated at the tables and Associate Representatives will move around the room and visit with the operator(s) on a one-on-one basis in 5 minute increments.

Dress Code

Dress code for the conference is business casual. Sweater weather has officially arrived.
