Authors, writers and poets will go live on Dare County Arts Council’s Facebook page on Wednesdays at 7pm to share excerpts from their work, discuss the craft of writing, give information on their current projects, and answer questions from viewers. Upcoming authors include Michele Young-Stone, Hannah Bunn West, former NC Poet Laureat Joseph Bathanti and more are being added!

WEDNESDAY MAY 13 7pm MICHELE YOUNG-STONE

Michele is one of our very favorite authors. We love everything about MYS from her perky little pigtails to her Zumba costumes to her Insta posts with her bearded lizard Harry and we ESPECIALLY love her writing. Michele is an Outer Banks resident and has published three novels, including Oprah pick Lost in the Beehive . Michele is going to be reading from her latest novel (work in progress), hanging out and being the cool chicka she just is. Tune in on the Dare County Arts Council Facebook page (link below) to hang out with her tonight!
