Director of Client Services - South Carolina

Location: Upstate South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, and surrounding areas)


Employment Type: Full-Time; Hybrid with 75% working from home & 25% travel


Position Overview


We are currently seeking an energetic and driven Director of Client Services to join our

fast-growing team and support our growth in the Greenville, SC region. We have recently

merged with a business that has established a strong presence and client base in South

Carolina since its founding in 2009.

team.


You will work independently from your home office in Upstate South Carolina,

collaborating daily with our team members based in Virginia and Georgia. We often have

multiple team members engaged with each client to ensure a high-touch, team-based

approach to success.


This position reports directly to the Owner and CEO, Peter Mierke, and is instrumental in

delivering leadership development programs, workshops, assessments, and coaching

sessions, as well as contributing to client relationship development and local outreach.

Each day brings variety and purpose as we work to help our clients grow and succeed. This

role is also a steppingstone to further leadership and business development

responsibilities as OpX Solutions continues to expand across the Southeast.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, professional facilitation of programs, workshops, assessments, and coaching in classroom, virtual, and one-on-one formats.
  • Learn and master the OpX Solutions facilitation process to ensure high-quality delivery of material.
  • Foster a positive and interactive learning environment for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to support shared client goals.
  • Contribute to business growth through client retention, resales, and referrals (not cold calling or direct quotas).
  • Identify client needs and recommend additional services and solutions where appropriate.
  • Participate in local community and networking groups to build brand awareness and relationships.


Required Qualifications:

  • Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset with a powerful desire to help others succeed.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office in Upstate SC.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout South Carolina and nearby states as needed (typically <25% overnight).


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience facilitating or leading programs for small groups (4–12 people), in person and virtually.
  • 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or Distribution; other industries will be considered.
  • Experience working in a small business, start-up, or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with local business and industry associations.
  • Comfort using digital tools (CRM, LMS); training and onboarding will be provided.
