Creating a Stronger Membership Than Ever!

One of the things that truly sets Caledonia Nordic apart is our incredible membership. Our members are among the most dedicated, community-minded, and hard-working in the province, and we are proud to have such a strong and engaged community.

For the 2025–26 season, we are very pleased to share that your Caledonia Nordic Membership is stronger than ever, with an expanded list of Reciprocal Partners that provide even more opportunities to ski and explore across British Columbia. This year’s lineup includes Sovereign Lake, Kelowna Nordic, Nickel Plate Nordic, Powder King, and so many others.

A sincere thank you goes to Steve Cutts for his continued work in building and maintaining these partnerships that add exceptional value to your membership. If you know of an organization that may be interested in joining our reciprocal program, please let us know.

Now is the perfect time to renew or purchase your membership and enjoy all the benefits that come with being part of one of the most active and welcoming Nordic communities in the province.

Become an SDP Coach This Season!

As the temperatures start to dip, we are getting excited for another fantastic Skills Development Program (SDP) season at Caledonia Nordic. With Olympic Trials on the horizon, we are hoping for an early snowfall and a great start to the season.

Our SDP program depends on the incredible energy and commitment of volunteer coaches—and we’d love for you to join the team! Coaching is fun, rewarding, and essential to helping young skiers develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of the sport.

No experience? No problem. We’ll support you every step of the way through:

  • Certification courses (all costs covered by the Club)
  • Coach development days
  • Mentorship from experienced coaches
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment

We are also looking at new ways to lighten the load on coaches this season, including athlete support on Wednesday evenings and shared responsibilities to keep things fun and manageable.

If you are interested in joining our SDP coaching team, we would love to hear from you. Whether you’re a seasoned skier, a parent looking to get involved, or simply someone who loves being outside in the winter, you can make a real difference in the lives of our young athletes.

Email our new program coordinator, Belinda Hanlon, programadmin@caledonianordic.com to express your interest or learn more.
