The commercial real estate landscape can be challenging – with juggling multiple deals and deadlines, working with big personalities, and knowing how to make a project pencil out just a few of the many job requirements. These are skills that not only came naturally to Ann Reckelhoff as she rose through the ranks at Taylor Johnson client Marquette Companies, but that she also had mastered as a former teacher. In fact, Reckelhoff still applies skills from the classroom such as discipline, patience and flexibility to serve as Marquette’s director of development and oversee all aspects of the firm’s projects.
