Maintenance Updates

Road Reconstruction Project: Phase 2 of Greenwood Drive from Governors Road to Plantation Drive

To keep you updated on Phase 2: Greenwood Drive Project details, we have created a page on our website. Go to: www.SeaPinesLiving.com/GreenwoodDriveProject to find the most current information.

Drainage work is expected to commence next week on Greenwood Drive in proximity to the CSA Administration intersection, weather permitting. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic with alternating single lane closures in the designated work zone.
No work will occur on December 24th and 25th.
Motorists should expect traffic delays in the project area, to avoid the project area, please use the Ocean Gate. Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.

Drainage, road work and curb repairs continue next week, weather permitting..
No work will occur on December 24th and 25th.
Minor traffic delays are expected while work is taking place.

CSA Class “B” Commercial Representatives Announced

Congratulations to Mark King who has been re-elected to the Commercial Class "B" Director seat for the CSA Board. His three year term will begin on January 1, 2020.

Message from Security- Pet Regulation Reminders

Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors, except as permitted ON the beach during certain times of year (visit HiltonHeadIslandSC.gov for details).

We also ask that you please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.

Holiday Hours

Christmas Holiday Office Hours

for the CSA Administration Office

Closing at 12 noon, December 23rd

Closed: Tuesday, December 24th & Wednesday, December 25th

We will return to normal business hours Thursday, December 26th, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

New Year’s Holiday Hours for the CSA Administration Office

Closing at 12 noon, December 31st

Closed: Wednesday, January 1st

We will return to normal business hours Thursday, January 2nd, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

The ARB Office will be closed the same days as the CSA Administration Office.

The Welcome Center Pass Office will remain open during normal business hours throughout the holidays (Christmas and New Year's): 7am to 11pm 7 days a week.

No commercial work will be allowed on Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st.

Property Owner Holiday Open House Held

We had approximately 300 property owners attend the Property Owner Holiday Open House event on December 10th!

Thank you to those property owners who were able to attend. We wish all owners a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Christmas Tree Drop Off Between December 26th and January 12th

Sea Pines property owners may drop off their live (non-artificial) Christmas trees in the neighborhood debris drop off locations between December 26th and January 12th

Please note- ALL lights and decorations must be removed from the tree before drop off.
