Now that I am fully vaccinated I'm resuming life as I knew it before the pandemic. I am working with clients in person, hugging my sister (and anyone else who will let me,) and even eating inside of restaurants. I am grateful...I am jubilant...I am uneasy...
I have noticed that the "firsts" are the toughest. When I do something reminiscent of what life was like before the pandemic, I experience hesitancy. When I had to socialize with "strangers" at my friend's semi-surprise birthday luncheon on her deck, I was filled with dread. Not only did I have to meet new people (all were vaccinated and we socially distanced), but I had to wear real clothes, shoes with heels, makeup, and jewelry..... I forgot how to do all that! I had a wonderful time, and it turns out that all the women at the gathering felt the same way!

- How has your life changed?
- Which elements of your "pandemic life" do you hope to carry over into your post-pandemic life?
Below are articles I read that speak to the universal uneasiness.
