Relationship-based Banking & Tailored Financial Solutions

By Karen Rath, Business Relationship Manager, TD Bank

TD Bank U.S. is a large top 10 bank, but we are also local and engaged in the community. As a Business Banker, my focus is on helping local small businesses succeed by providing relationship-based banking and tailored financial solutions that support their growth. What sets TD apart is our financial strength and scope of solutions, bringing the right resources and expertise to help them achieve those objectives. As a Business Banker that includes all the financial needs of the business owner for the business and personally.

Our Chamber membership has provided valuable opportunities to connect with local business owners, community leaders, and nonprofit organizations throughout the area. The relationships we've developed through Chamber events and programs, including TD's sponsorship for the BOOST Your Business program, have helped us meet more business owners and show support of continuing education and best practices for small business owners. My serving on the Board of Directors has allowed me to engage with many of the leaders for the region.

Being actively involved in the Chamber aligns with TD's commitment to being an engaged community partner, not just a financial institution. The Chamber provides opportunities to give back, support local economic growth, and build meaningful relationships with the people and businesses that make our community strong. We believe that investing our time and resources in the communities we serve helps create a stronger local business environment for everyone.

Active participation in Chamber programs, events, and initiatives has increased our visibility within the local business community and created opportunities to build trusted relationships with business owners and community stakeholders.
